"⭐☆☆☆☆ – Terrible Return Policy and Customer Service I had an extremely disappointing experience with Orient Watch USA. I ordered 3 watches because there is no physical store where you can try them on before purchasing. I planned to compare the fit, keep 1, and return the other 2. When they arrived, I tried each on for about 30 seconds, chose the one I wanted, and returned the other 2 the next day. Orient rejected both returns, claiming the watches had been "worn" and were no longer eligible for return. After several emails and a phone call, customer service refused to reconsider or offer any resolution. For an online-only retailer, expecting customers to buy a watch without trying it on is unreasonable. The watches are fine, but the customer service is terrible. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. Buy an Orient watch through another retailer with a reasonable return policy. I will never purchase directly from Orient Watch USA again."
