Avoid Orient Watch at all costs.

"This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. The watch itself is garbage—the band was absurdly stiff and uncomfortable (felt like plastic, not a wearable strap), and the watch couldn’t even keep accurate time. A watch that can’t tell time properly is basically useless. I returned it TWO DAYS later in perfect condition. Never worn, all tags intact, original packaging—everything exactly as received. I even paid $13 for return shipping out of my own pocket, which already felt ridiculous for returning a defective product. Then they had the audacity to reject the return. Customer service was even worse. I called to resolve it and got a completely unhelpful, dismissive representative who straight-up accused me of wearing the watch—which is an absolute lie. No attempt to investigate, no willingness to help, just repeating the same accusation like a broken record. Zero accountability. So now I’m out the cost of a low-quality watch AND the return shipping, all because they refuse to stand behind their own product. This company clearly doesn’t care about product quality or customers. Between the defective watch, shady return handling, and useless customer service, this is a complete scam-level experience. Do yourself a favor and buy literally anything else. On top of that, I bought this thinking I was getting a Japanese-made product. Turns out it’s made in Thailand. That may be fine for some, but it definitely didn’t match the expectation or the way the brand is marketed."
