The Orient Guarantee

Each Orient timepiece purchased from an authorized dealer includes a one year international warranty. Orient Star watches include a two year international warranty. The details of the Product Warranty can be found below:

  • If the product breaks down during the warranty period while being used normally in accordance with the instruction manual, we will repair or adjust it free of charge in accordance with the warranty regulations.
  • The warranty covers the watch body and metal band.

In the following cases, repairs will be charged even if the part is within the warranty period.

  1. Battery replacement (please read the instruction manual)
  2. Even if the watch body and band are metal, any changes in appearance that occur during use (scratches, dirt, discoloration, deformation, cracks, etc. on the case, crystal, crown, band, etc.) and non-metallic bands are excluded.
  3. Failure due to incorrect use or failure or damage due to careless handling.
  4. Failure or damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disaster.
  5. Failure or damage caused by improper repair or modification.
  6. Failure or damage caused by battery replacement or repairs other than at the store where you purchased the product or at our repair center.
  7. If the warranty card is not presented.
  8. If the warranty card does not include the name of the store where the product was purchased, the purchase date, product name, model number, or customer name, or if the information has been altered.
