This watch is powered by the in-house caliber F6722, a successor to the original 487-series workhorse movement. This updated automatic caliber can be hand-wound and features a hacking function, which stops the seconds hand for more precise time-setting.

Spiritual Succesor to the Mako XL

"I've been waiting for years for Orient to release a Mako XL II that has the same F69 movements as the Mako and Ray II but as far as what i've been told by Orient Watch USA that's most likely never gonna happen. So when this watch was announced I knew it was going to be it's spiritual successor. Absolutely love the watch so far, really solid craftsmanship. Would've been nice if it had sapphire glass like the Kamasu but at this price point you can't really complain."

"Fantastic price for a new every day beater. The build quality is quite nice and it was very easy for me to adjust it. Would def buy again. And I'm not sure what Joseph Matos is talking about-- there's no watch that you can get with solid end links and sapphire crystal for this price. Some people want the world for very little.... Keep it up Orient!"
