"Nothing about their returns is “hassle free”. They sent me a watch with a squeaky hinge on the wristband. When I tried to return the watch noting it was defective, Orient rejected my return request noting it was ok for a new watch to be squeaky and that it would improve over time. Squeaky hinges do not improve unless proper lubrication is applied. Bad customer experience!"

"The watch itself is beautiful and easy to set. It is on the bigger side depending on what you're used to (for me it's 39). Definitely a statement piece. The main thing that bothered me is the strap is backwards (maybe they were trying to be edgy?). I flipped it around so the overlap is on the back of my wrist. Now the buckle is backward but whatever, probably get a new strap anyway. Not a deal breaker since the watch is so nice."
