The newest model from the highly coveted Orient M-force collection comes in the form of the Orient M-Force SEL03005Y0 “Air Diver”. It is set to be released by Orient Watch USA in the fall of 2013. No stranger to rugged design and essential functions, the M-Force “Air Diver” is worthy of being a part of the rich M-Force heritage. The SEL03005Y0 features a bright yellow dial which is very unique to the M-Force line (and all watches in general). The dial is very easy to read; it is complete with lumed hour markers and hands. The offset power reserve indicator hand also featured luminescent material as well. The stainless steel bezel maintains precision at 120 clicks and is very legible due to the stark black and white contrast. The case measures at 46mm wide and 13.3mm thick. This is due in part to the implementation of Orient’s own special structure which has earned this watch ISO certification in three areas: water resistance (200m), shock resistance and anti-magnetism. The structure increases the shock resistance of the case in order to continually keep accurate time. The movement in the SEL03005Y0 is self-winding, hand winding and hacking (wherein the seconds hand will stop when the crown is put in its second position). The M-Force “Air Diver” comes conveniently mounted with an Orient branded urethane strap for flexibility and comfort.
