In-House Automatic Movement
At the heart of every Bambino beats Orient's proprietary F6724 caliber — an in-house automatic movement with a 40-hour power reserve. Orient designs and manufactures its own movements, ensuring exceptional reliability and precision.

Genuine Leather Strap
Paired with a supple genuine calf leather strap that develops a rich patina over time. The traditional pin buckle ensures a secure and comfortable fit crafted to complement the warm tones of the gilded gold dial.

"Watch barely holds time, needs to be set everytime upon wear :/ disappointing purchase"
My Every Day Watch
"Worth every penny (and then some)! I have several watches, including another Orient (RA-AA0C020), but this one has become my everyday watch. It has been snorkeling in the Bahamas, splashing in the Texas Gulf Coast, and paddling around in the pool. I have showered in it as well, got it grubby in the garden, and got it greasy on working on the car. I have never liked a watch so much that I wear it even when lounging around the house on my day off. At more than a year in ownership, besides a chip in the crystal (which was an easy fix) from all the hard knocks it gets in daily wear, it has kept perfect time and it has been the most durable watch I have ever owned. I look forward to many more years of trouble-free use from this excellent watch."
Great Compliment Piece to the Ray 2.
"When I first bought the Ray 2, I ended up loving it so much, I bought the Mako 2 as a compliment to it. The Mako 2 is built solid, accurate enough, and looks absolutely amazing. The mix of indexes and numbers on the dial is a refreshing look from dots, rectangles, and a triangle. Unlike the Ray 2, the crown winds and screws in and out smoothly. Definitely an appreciated function. Overall, a great watch. There should be a place for the Mako 2 in anyone’s watch collection."
Love it
"Love the watch! Looks way better in person! Orients customer service is beyond amazing!!!"
Best Value for the Money
"There are very few watches that offer this level of quality for the price. I was skeptical about Orient initially. I thought “there’s no way anyone is actually going to make a decent watch and price it at a level that almost anyone can afford,” but I decided to get one based on the independent reviews I’ve seen, and I’m glad I did. The one question I have is this: If Orient can provide a watch this good at such an affordable price, then how can other companies justify charging significantly more for a watch that’s either no better or (in many cases) far worse?"
Excellent for the price
"Amazing watch for the price."

First High Quality Watch
"I bought this watch about one year ago. It was my first automatic diver watch and to this day It is my everyday wear. I love the sweeping second-hand, a trademark of an automatic movement. The bezel and crystal are extremely scratch resistant. I am extremely happy with this purchase, it is at an extremely good price. I will continue to buy from Orient, and years down the line when I begin collecting luxury watches, I will look back and remember Orient for their fantastic product."
I'm happy now.
"Back in 1963 I bought a new Rolex Submariner Chronometer in Hong Kong for $87 (yes that's eighty seven USD). Used a short wave radio to set it by. Three years later I was in college when it started loosing time. The cost to clean it was $250 which I certainly couldn't afford every three years, so I sold it for $250. That was 54 years ago and I've missed it ever since. So it's a joy how this Orient version brings it all back! The stainless band is even better. Thank you!"
