New for 2013, the Orient SEZ07001B0 is expected to match the popularity experienced in the previously released SEZ07003D0 Enforcer. With stylistic cues that point to a bit of a racing persona, the new EZ07001B Enforcer is an aggressive looking piece that will surely pique some interest.
While the SEZ07001B0 features the same movement complications as the other Enforcer model (power reserve, date and seconds sub dial), what really sets it apart is the dial. The dial is made of a very silky carbon fiber that really injects character to the overall look. If you look closely, the carbon fiber creates a kind of 3D effect that is truly awesome. The color way of the dial is classic black, white and red. The sub dial hands have red accents and the numerals and hashmarks are white, all the while sitting flush against a glimmering black lined pattern.
The bezel is unique as well. The exposed screws give an edgier look, but a view from the side reveals that the bezel is made up of alternating layers. And besides the carbon fiber dial, we think the bezel is the second coolest feature on the new Enforcer. The case is 43.5mm across and sports a screwed down crown to support 100m water resistance. The crystal used is a tough sapphire. The case back is exhibition style, and the in house 46J43 movement is full decorated for the wearer to enjoy. The industrial looking bracelet fits the sporty style of the watch perfectly.
The EZ07001B is priced at $635 ($445 after using code ‘summer2013’). The EZ07003D has been lowered to $595 ($415 after using code ‘summer2013’).
