I had never heard of Orient brand watches until a couple of years ago when I picked up an Orient Pepsi Mako. At the time I had been collecting Seiko watches and I found the quality of this watch to be so much better. I have been collecting Orient watches ever since.
It is hard to decide which of my Orients is my favourite, but I really like the CFT00001B. I first found out about this watch while on holiday in Hong Kong. I had bought the CEY04001B World Time and was given a copy of the 2007 Orient Catalogue. In the catalogue is a picture of Marcus Gronholm wearing the CFT00001B. I just knew I had to get one. This picture is my tribute to the photo from that catalogue.
My collection of Orients now exceeds 20 and will continue to grow because I know that I can rely on the quality and workmanship of the Orient range.
