My favorite Orient is the CEM65001M (Orange Mako) today. Tomorrow It might be the CEM65001B (Black Mako) or one of the other ones I own. It is hard to choose one favorite with so many great watches to choose from!
I was vaguely familiar with the Orient brand from summers in high school when I had occasion to make friends with people from around the middle east where Orient was as well known as "Coke."
I didn't put the brand name with the fantastic Black 200m sport diver I would see scrolling through the watches while I was looking for the next great watch. Then one day that fantastic Black 200m diver ended up on my doorstep and I was the proud owner of my first Orient, the CEM65001B (Black Mako) I have gone back to Orient 12 more times as of this writing and I am sure I will return for more!
Every time I open another Orient box I am amazed at the quality, accuracy, fit and finish. Dollar for dollar you simply won't find a better watch anywhere. Period!
