I do not have a question, I merely wanted to tell you that while I was leaning towards an Orient purchase while shopping for a watch it was your Youtube videos that completely sold me on my purchase. I will be purchasing a Black Mako (CEM75001B) in a few days and the reason is because of your videos. I absolutely love your video demonstrations. I absolutely love them. I can't say it enough. I love that your company has embraced the internet and used it to your advantage. I had narrowed down my choice to Orient and Seiko but seeing the Mako in action made up my mind. It was incredibly useful to see it from the front, side, back, and on the wrist and to have a detailed walkthrough of all of the features. Thank you so much for your videos and please continue to provide the service in the future.

Mark, the watch arrived today and looks fabulous. You would never even know it was originally on leather. THANK YOU so much for the fabulous customer service. There are some places that would not have even checked the stock to see if the watch was working, would have shipped it, and then I would have had to deal with the disappointment and the frustration of returns, etc. Not only did you check it but you bent over backwards to help me get exactly what I wanted and also gave me other options ... all the while being tremendously courteous and pleasant. At least one place in this wide world of rude and impersonal retailers still has good customer service. Besides the product being so nice, this service is what made me a repeat customer and will keep me a repeat customer.
